1. General Principle
All sales of digital and virtual products are deemed final upon completion of payment and delivery. Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods, refunds and returns will not be issued except in cases where the error or fault is attributable to GoldenBumps.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests shall only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
The product delivered is materially incorrect due to a demonstrable error by GoldenBumps.
The product cannot be delivered due to a technical failure originating from GoldenBumps systems.
The product delivered is invalid, non-functional, or otherwise unusable, and such defect can be verified and substantiated by GoldenBumps support team.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Products
Notwithstanding Section 2, the following categories of products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances:
Gift Cards: Once ordered or delivered, gift card codes cannot be revoked or refunded.
Redeemed or Accessed Products: Any product that has been successfully redeemed, activated, or otherwise used shall not be eligible for refund.
Customer Error: Orders placed with incorrect information (including, but not limited to, wrong email address, incorrect game account details, wrong region selection, or incompatible platform) shall not qualify for a refund.
4. Exchanges & Substitutions
Where the error arises from the Customer (e.g., incorrect order details, wrong product selection), the Customer shall not be entitled to a refund. However, at GoldenBumps’ sole discretion, the Customer may be permitted to:
Exchange the purchased product for another of equal value; or
Apply the paid amount toward the purchase of a higher-value product, provided the Customer pays any additional difference in price.
The availability of exchanges is subject to GoldenBumps’ approval and product availability.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer bears sole responsibility for:
Ensuring that all information provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete.
Verifying product compatibility, including but not limited to regional restrictions, platform compatibility, and account eligibility.
Safeguarding any delivered digital codes, accounts, or items against unauthorized use.
GoldenBumps shall not be held liable for any issues arising from Customer negligence or error.
6. Fraud, Abuse, and Violations
GoldenBumps reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange request in cases where fraudulent activity, abuse of the system, chargeback fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service is suspected.
7. Claims Procedure
Any request for a refund or exchange must be submitted to GoldenBumps support team within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not be considered.
All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and GoldenBumps’ decision shall be final and binding.
8. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
