📌 Due to the instant delivery nature of these digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered, activated, or redeemed — unless outlined below.
2. Refunds (When Applicable)
Refunds may be granted only under these verified conditions:
The key or activation does not work, and the issue is confirmed by our support team
You received the wrong item, and it was reported within 24 hours
Provide your order ID, screenshots, and a clear explanation
Ensure the product has not been activated or used
All refund requests are manually reviewed and granted at our discretion.
3. Refunds Are Not Provided If:
Incorrect information was provided (e.g., wrong user ID, platform, region)
You changed your mind after placing the order
The product has already been activated, downloaded, or redeemed
The issue resulted from not reading the product description or usage terms
You tampered with account access during shared/activation delivery
You filed a dispute or chargeback before contacting us
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is approved but not received:
First, check your account again
Then contact your MFS/BANK (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
Next, check with your bank — processing often takes 2–7 business days

5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless they fall under one of the verified exceptions listed above.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges once a digital code, service, or subscription has been delivered — unless the wrong product was sent, and you contacted us within 24 hours.
7. Chargebacks & Abuse
Fraudulent activity, such as false chargebacks or attempts to manipulate our system, will result in:
Permanent account suspension
Blacklisting from future purchases
Reporting to payment processors and anti-fraud platforms
